A really significant update to Background Designer, now with the ability to delete plots, Copy and Cut layer contents to other layers, change brush colours per layer as well as extensive pixel shader modes, 3D distorter Editing mode and general bug fixes here and there. This is the most feature-rich and stable version to date and I really recommend it if you want to create repeatable backgrounds very quickly indeed.
