C64 Bitmaps

Starting with each scene inspired by Last Ninja 2, each bitmap will be a fresh new take, restricted based on C64 MC Bitmap rules. 

The pack will be updated with new bitmaps as and when they become ready. 

I'll zip these when all scenes per level are done.
